The location is ideal. Walking distance to Liverpool Central as well as to Lime street station. The free Nesspresso and cookies in the lobby overlooking the bustling Church Street is a treat. Church Street, where the hotel is located, is a very happening street during not only during the day with people busking every 50m but until late night. The private kitchenette and shared but free washing machine and dryer made the aparthotel a home away from home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. A special shout out to their very helpful staff Christopher.

The quality of the property and facilities were topnotch. I didn’t expect them to be! The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and had huge windows which is always a plus. The kitchen and living room/table space is very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice - shower was really good (the handheld one was ok, the rain one was great) there were adequate plugs around the room which was a huge plus and not often found in hotel rooms of this size. The sole lady in the reception that checked us out was one of the loveliest people we have met. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but she had a Scouse accent and was just so lovely, we spoke to her around 11.30am.

The staff at the reception was very kind, helpful and friendly. Starting from Anna, who welcomed us for the check-in and check-out, and her colleagues who were also very kind and provided recommendations upon request. The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The studio was big enough for 2 people for a short stay; rooms were clean, beds -comfortable.. All needed kitchen amenities were provided to prepare food, if you prefer not to eat out. Good internet, too.

The location was great - very central and easy to get to whatever amenities are needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and my tv stick reached the plug socket and TV which is great because most places don't seem set up for that. The room was a decent size for one person, I didn't feel cramped as in other places. I used the kitchen everyday.

It was a fully equipped mini-apartment with a microwave, hob etc. There was plenty of space for anything I needed to do. The location is central so shopping, including supermarkets, was close and easy. There was ample washing up liquid provided so re-using the cutlery and crockery wasn't a problem at all. I found the frying pan, spatula etc but didn't use them so I didn't heed to ask reception for some cooking oil as none was evident in the room.

The apartment was in a perfect location with easy access to shops , restaurants & the docks & train station . The apartment was very spacious with separate bedroom , long hallway , bathroom and a dining/sitting area with kitchen facilities. The apartment was spotless it also had a washing machine/tumble dryer which would be great for longer stays . This apartment was very comfortable and even though it is on a very busy street once inside the building you couldn’t hear any noise . The entrance is very secure and the reception staff are amazing . We parked in St John’s Centre car park ( £12 for 24hrs) and it’s a a 5min walk straight down to Quest apartments located to the left of Primark . We will definitely be using these apartments for our regular visits to Liverpool
